How Do I Redeem My Code?

Redeeming your FIFA Store voucher is easy:

  1. Add your items to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
  2. At checkout, look for the “Discount Code” field.
  3. Enter your FIFA Store voucher discount code (for example, FIFA-STORE-VISA-XXX-XXXXXXXXXX).
  4. Click Apply. Your FIFA Store voucher discount will be automatically deducted from your total.

Terms & Conditions

  1. Minimum Spend Requirement
    • Each voucher is subject to a minimum spend requirement equal to the voucher value plus €1.
    • Example: A €50.00 voucher requires a minimum basket value of €51.00 at checkout.
  2. Exclusions
    • Vouchers are not redeemable against ICONS Signed Memorabilia products or the adidas Official FIFA World Cup 2026 Match Ball.
    • Vouchers cannot be applied to freight, shipping or delivery charges, taxes or fees.
  3. Single Use Redemption
    • Each voucher is valid for one-time use only.
    • Once redeemed, the voucher code cannot be reused, transferred, or redeemed by another customer.
  4. Voucher Validity
    • All vouchers will expire at 12:00am GMT on 31st December 2026.
    • FIFA Store reserves the right to adjust validity periods (e.g., 6 months) depending on the quantity or type of vouchers issued.
    • Expired vouchers cannot be extended, reissued, or refunded.
  5. Returns and Withdrawal Rights
    • Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving their goods, without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
    • To exercise the right of withdrawal, customers must notify FIFA Store of their decision by a clear statement (e.g., by email or via the returns portal) before the 14-day period expires.
    • Upon valid withdrawal, customers will receive a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days. If the original payment was made using a voucher, the refund will be issued by way of a replacement voucher of equivalent value with its original validity period intact.
    • The right of withdrawal does not apply to: (i) sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery; (ii) goods made to the customer’s specifications or personalised goods; or (iii) goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
    • In addition to withdrawal rights, returns will be accepted where goods are damaged or faulty.
  6. Order Refusal & Cancellation Rights
    • LEGENDS GLOBAL reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to acceptance if it appears abnormal, excessive, fraudulent, or in breach of these Terms & Conditions.
    • Reasons for cancellation may include, but are not limited to: system or typographical errors, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, product unavailability, ensuring fairness among customers where supply is limited, or issues flagged by LEGENDS GLOBAL credit or fraud prevention teams.
  7. Partial Cancellations
    • If an order is partially cancelled, LEGENDS GLOBAL will fulfil and ship the remaining items.
    • LEGENDS GLOBAL will contact the customer if additional information is required to process the order. If the customer cannot be reached, LEGENDS GLOBAL may either proceed with the partial order or cancel the order in full.
    • If a customer’s order is cancelled after payment has been processed, LEGENDS GLOBAL will re-issue the voucher with its original validity period intact.
  8. General Conditions
    • Vouchers have no cash value, are non-exchangeable, and cannot be refunded or resold.
    • Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other promotional discounts unless explicitly stated.
    • LEGENDS GLOBAL reserves the right to amend, update, or withdraw these Terms & Conditions at any time.
