  • Single-Use Redemption

    • Each voucher is valid for one-time use only.

    • Once redeemed, the voucher code cannot be reused, transferred, or redeemed by another customer.

  • Product Exclusions

    • Voucher codes are not redeemable against ICONS Signed Memorabilia products. Additional exclusions may apply.

  • Non-Applicability to Shipping

    • Vouchers cannot be applied to freight, shipping, or delivery charges. They are redeemable against eligible merchandise only.

  • Voucher Validity

    • Vouchers will typically remain valid for up to 12 months from the date of issue, unless otherwise specified.

    • FIFA Store reserves the right to adjust validity periods (e.g., 6 months) depending on the quantity or type of vouchers issued.

    • Expired vouchers cannot be extended, reissued, or refunded.

General Conditions

  • Vouchers have no cash value, are non-exchangeable, and cannot be refunded or resold.

  • Vouchers may not be used in conjunction with other promotional discounts unless explicitly stated.

FIFA Store reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not materially disadvantage customers who already hold valid vouchers.

Additional Voucher Terms & Conditions

  • Voucher codes are subject to a minimum cart sub-total of $251.00 USD before taxes, shipping and any additional fees.

  • Orders below this threshold will not be eligible for voucher redemption.

  • This requirement is in place to ensure compliance with international customs regulations
